Solutions/Complete
We can provide a solution which brings together all of our other services. This ensures that all of the component parts integrate seamlessly together and work as one. We will work with you to understand your exact requirements or if these are available then if required we can review them. As well as building completely new systems we can also undertake the rebuild of an existing system; an opportunity to reduce downtime as the new system can easily be swapped in! It also provides an opportunity to upgrade hardware and software components with no impact on the existing solution. Where possible the old and new systems can also be run in parallel before making the switch. From the requirements we will draw up a quotation specifying the required hardware and software, including bespoke development (where required). Optional components such as onsite and remote support will also be shown. Our staff will be more than happy to talk you through the quotation so that you are totally comfortable with the solution and to give you an opportunity to ask questions.
For large solutions we would recommend that we provide a User Acceptance Test (UAT) environment that you can use to confirm that all of your requirements have been met. In order to make the most of this environment it is beneficial to write UAT test cases whilst the solution is being progressed. This is an area that we can provide help or advice as required.
